Couch to 5K

What is it?

Couch to 5k provides a free weekly programme to help you gradually build up to running 5k in 9 weeks. It's designed for complete beginners and comes in either the form of a podcast or as an app you can download. Both have a coach who will take you from walking to running regularly, over 3 sessions each week. Using the app you can even play your music, pick from range of coaches and track your progress over the weeks.
