We know that COVID has had an impact on many people's physical activity levels and that more people want to get more active but aren't sure where to start. The links below provide some good starting points for activity both inside the home and outdoors.
As of 22nd February 2021, the government has announced a roadmap for the easing of restrictions. Although dates are subject to change and are dependent on scientific data and guidance, see below what this roadmap looks like for sport and physical activity.
29th March (Provisional)
Organised outdoor sport to return (including, for example, grass roots football).
Opening of all outdoor sports and leisure facilities.
12th April (Provisional)
Opening of indoor gyms and leisure centres.
Organised children's indoor activity to return.
17th May (Provisional)
Organised adult indoor activity to return.
