Disability Sport & Physical Activity

Adult Disability Sports Sessions

Following the successful 'Have a Go' day in September 2011, Active Together started up a disability sports group, suitable for people with varying degrees of disability.

Lots of different sports and games are played, including kurling, boccia, golf, football, basketball, table tennis, hockey, badminton, cricket and target games. Games are adapted according to ability, and carers are welcome to join in.
