Walking is a fantastic way to see the local area and increase your physical activity levels. Whether it's a quick walk before work or joining our group walk it all goes towards your recommended 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week. Our group walk currently runs every Tuesday, 10am at Brocks Hill.
We meet at the visitor centre before setting off around the beautiful green space.
