Jobs and Volunteering
Sport and Physical Activity related jobs across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland are advertised on the Leicestershire and Rutland Sport website and opportunities to work within Oadby and Wigston Borough Council are advertised on their website in the job vacancies section.
Volunteering in sport keeps sport running. Without our volunteers, we wouldn't be able to run all the clubs, matches and events that we do. Being a volunteer doesn't just involve coaching and officiating. It can be anything from helping organise and run events, marketing, fund raising, administration and much more!
Volunteering in sport gives the opportunity to:
- Enhance your CV
- Learn new skills
- Meet new people
- Give something back to the community
- Possibly gain employment
