Pilates

Pilates is an excellent way of strengthening and lengthening core muscles. Learn the basics at this new class, which is suitable for all ages. A limited supply of mats are available, so if you have access to a mat, please bring it along.

Session details

  • Fridays , Congregational Church Hall, South Wigston, 10:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. Just turn up
  • Tuesdays, Guthlaxton College Dance Studio, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. £40 per term or pro rata price.

Beginners Pilates

  • Tuesdays, Guthlaxton College Dance Studio , 6:30 p.m to 7:15 p.m. Starts 23 February for 5 weeks (block booking)
