Waterways Wellbeing

Are you struggling with social isolation and/or loneliness which is impacting your mental wellbeing?

Research shows that being near or on water can hugely improve your wellbeing making you feel happier, healthier, and giving you the confidence to deal with daily challenges.

Come and join us for our instructor led Wellbeing Paddle Sessions and enjoy our beautiful waterways! Sessions will take place at Kilby Bridge on Tuesdays between May 3rd and May 31st.
